Expertise: Professor of Ecology at the University of Manchester. His research is broadly concerned with how plant-soil interactions regulate terrestrial ecosystems, and respond to global change.

Expertise: A Professor in the School of Ocean Sciences and specialises in the field of marine benthic ecology. Michel is the Reviews Editor for the Journal of Fish Biology, on the editorial board of the Journal of Sea Research and the research co-ordinator for the Prince Madog research vessel.

Role: Leads knowledge exchange work on sustainable aquaculture

Expertise: A biodiversity scientist interested in how biodiversity and the ecosystem services it supports are responding to environmental change, particularly in the context of changing agricultural land-use.

Role: Provides technical input into the evidence relating to biodiversity and ecosystem services, and leads collaborative work with one of our major industry partners, PepsiCo.
